      Supportive environment but travel costs can be high

      Pros

      Flexibility and working from home. Safety at work. Great supportive environment for last few years.

      Cons

      Cost prohibitive testing travel expenses that are not immediately reimbursed. Required to leave home for 2 weeks. Sometimes policies are not enforced to keep funding for students that are not a good fit for online learning.

      Dedicated teachers face disorganized administration and burnout

      Fellow teachers are dedicated and hard working Fellow teachers truly care about students

      Cons

      -Administration is disorganized - new duties are added every week without notice - expected to work 12 hour days -underpaid, overworked, undervalued

      Great remote work but unstable management changes

      Pros

      Remote work environment, they provide equipment, some flexibility, wonderful online platform to teach in.

      Cons

      Remote teaching is hard. Lots of changes brought on the teams and always with very little notice. Managers came and went, OFTEN.
