There are not a single cons about this organisation, I have a list of cons : 1. Micromanagement due to which employees can not work freely. 2. Salary structure : They have defined variables amount in the salary structure which they have claimed while you leaving the organisation. 3. Regular office and strictly 9hr timing whether we have work or not we must have to complete the 9hr. 4. Management is not cooperative and giving any proper solution for any problem. 5. Basic amenities are unavailable like AC is not working, drinking water is not available (like they are providing tank water and make it purify and filled in the container which is very harmful for health), parking facility is worst there are only providing limited no. Of passes for their own candidates and for the rest they told you can park at your own risk on road, bathroom is very congested, they don’t have any cafeteria for doing lunch as the employees are waiting for the cabins to vacate and do the lunch. 6. Fool n final payment : In the FnF they don’t give proper description of the settlement amount as we don’t know how much they deduct and how much they paid you.
