Expectations too high to reach

Pros

Cool industry and product and at some point might be a cool place to work

Cons

Expectations on work output from one person is too high, with no discussion or compromise. 10 hour time zone different between offices makes it even harder. Real leadership needs to be injected.

Pros

Opportunity to work remote or within the office

Cons

Horrendous work environment, even when remote. There is pressure on representatives instead of holding management accountable. Everything is poorly organized (onboarding, proper training, documentation, workflow, etc). The schedule isn't flexible, shifts rotate each month which effects work/life balance making it impossible and the working shift hours are unreasonable. Representatives aren't appreciated or respected and customers will always be first especially when disrespecting a customers service rep. If zero stars was an option for Overall Rating that would be my choice.

Pros

Full remote was the only great thing with this job

Cons

Employees are not taken care of as human people. Start up environment with leaders lacking experiences, no empathy, no benefit as an employee, no bonus, shift not flexible, nightshift not paid. You usually work 4 department's jobs at once from CS, KYC, AML, Payment and Fraud, calls/chats/emails. Minimun salary. Work with bosses, not leaders, can get fired anytime for no reason, most people end up quitting and feedback seems to get lost in translation.
