      You can get salary on time.

      Cons

      work life balance is worst. You will be responsible for managing the workload typically handled by a team of 4-5 individuals independently. Manager needs update daily. If deadlines not meet then you'll be moved to performance improvement program and then termination. Bond signing is there.
