Pros
You get to work for a company that dominates the swedish female fitness market. You get an allowance for free clothing, if that's your thing and the salary was adequate.
Cons
Everyone sticks to themselves and there's no sense of clear communication. They don't make the new highers feel welcoming at all and it's more of a high school working environment. They expect you to succeed within your role without any concise information and if you don't speak the local language, don't expect to be here longer than 6 months.

Working hours were quite flexible. Working from home was ok every now and then

I do not recommend anyone to work at this company. I got bullied by one of the bosses who also had a sexual relation with one of my collegues. Totally unprofessional. The work load was to high but even though I mentioned this several times nothing was done to improve the situation. When applying there be aware that they might call your current employer without asking for your permission. Also, I really disliked that one of the bosses talked negatively about overweight women, not wanting to post to many of them on their Instagram.
