Pros

I really enjoyed my time at Structural and can’t recommend it highly enough, especially for those looking to grow and build upon their skill sets. Everyone who works at Structural is very intelligent and hard-working - it’s a bonus that everyone is so down to earth and great to work with as well.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities change quickly. This isn’t a con, just something to be aware of in making sure the company will be the right fit for you.

Strong mission and a long journey ahead

Pros

Strong Mission: What Structural is trying to do is really powerful and can make a meaningful impact in the industry. If this speaks to you then you can find your fit within the team. Work atmosphere: You can work your own hours and deliver your best results. The team values results and passionate work more than it cares about hours and job titles. Growing team: You can maximize your impact and deliver great results since the team is relatively small in size. There is an opportunity to show your work off to the team and be proud of it. Everyone celebrates each others successes. Tools at your disposal: You have the opportunity to use the best tools, software and methods to get your best work done.

Cons

Career progression: "Climbing the ladder" may not be an option since its a startup and the hierarchy is pretty flat. Distributed team across a few cities and recommended work from home twice a week can make it harder to interface with colleagues and make friends.
