      salary was good, my opnion rest nothing

      we 3 were targeted, and fired.. I am live proof of it,,,,trust me if you are good person, love to work but not be part of clan , hate, gossip, bully etc, imsulted me as marathi, hindu then avoid joining here..

      Pros

      Average tenure of employee's in this organisation is 5+ years which itself speaks for the culture, ethics, transparency and value system. Good work life balance, work culture is very supportive of women. Great job satisfaction. I got good support and work exposure. CEO - Mr Ruchir Bang and his team are the best examples of top management, they trust their people and create autonomy for every department. Travel industry offers open mindedness and acceptance of new ideas which could develop the business better.

      Cons

      Might not be the best pay masters - but provide better job security and right working environment. If you are on job hop for a crazy hike or ONLY for better package then you can rethink. They would always hire quality.
