Thanks for taking the time to document your experience of working with us. Although it’s really disappointing to read this. We list ourselves on here for team members new and old, to be able to honestly share their experiences, we’re a little confused however as none of our Nottingham Managers have been in the business for as long as you say you have. The student accommodation sector is not centuries old, so it’s completely understood that a provider will naturally attract team members from other operators. It’s a fact we’re proud of and unapologetic for. That said, we’ve looked at the prior employment of all our HQ, Area and Operational Management Team (140 people) and can confirm that 7 of those people worked in the same business before they joined us. That of course excludes transferees from properties we acquired. We don’t think that 5% quite constitutes a ‘club’. Again, we’re sorry you had experiences here to cause you to write such a review and we wish you well.
