Pros
The company is located in the Mid-Hudson Valley so you don't have to work in Manhattan. It could also be a good entry level position if you are interested in a career in photography.
Cons
The building has a rodent problem. The company's management is extremely difficult to work with. Some managers are completely unprofessional in relationships with staff and clients. One manager actually threw an object at a staff member in anger. On another occasion a manager became angry at a client and threw an open water bottle around valuable electronic equipment. In my 20 years in the work force I never saw anything like it. Management seeks to control every aspect of a project and will stand behind you while you do work telling you where to place your stylus. Often times managers will be completely incorrect about their assertions on projects and how to do the work. They will then blame you for not following their faulty directions when the project goes wrong. Working here you can also expect random phone calls at all hours of the day regarding work and non-work issues.
