Pros
The community with both employees and clients is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It isn't a job that will make you millions, but you get rich in other ways!
Cons
The schedule can be demanding and sometimes unpredictable with coverage. There is a bit of work that must go into each class you teach, which is unpaid (class planning).

Pros
Close knit community of women that truly support each other. Working here is so fulfilling and each shift brinfs great happiness and joy
Cons
Pay is pretty low but ownership does a great job of adding perks to make up for it. Also have to factor in the free membership, its worth it. shifts are also limited, so it’s definitely a great side gig but is no way you can work here full time.
