Pros

As of Feb 2026, Account managers are good and creative people. There are SOME genuinely good people you can work with.

Cons

EVERYTHING. They pay you late, change terms last minute, and don't even cover necessary expenses. Why have a contract you can't follow? I feel bad for the brands they partner with.

Pros

Great Projects Nothing more to say

Cons

Long hours without compensation. Every week leading to project due you will work 16 hours a day. Lack of communications, will chose favorites and favor to that. Communications are none existence. No matter what the client will say they will go their way to change their mind, leading to crazy hours. They cannot keep track of what you have done, no matter how much you report to them. If you do not set boundaries at the start, they will walk all over you. No work life balance. They will say yes to client needs last minute before project due which leads to more overtime. If you're not a senior, you're always wrong, even if you're right.
