      Pros

      Really enjoyed working there for over 2+-years..... The work is super exciting, and all of the people there are from around the country and internationally so it has a really fun, eclectic vibe. Pay is average for a leading hospitality design firm, could always be better, but the owners are pretty fair and very flexible. They make up for this with bonuses, comped days off and great benefits.

      Cons

      No real Cons really, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience I had there. If I didn't have to relocate I'd probably still be working there. I'm at another Design firm now and its lacking the energy and creative sprit the SC studio always had.

      Pros

      I am working for Studio Collective for about 2 years, I do really enjoy working here. There is a great communication between photographer and company. They are always looking for more ways improve the company and this is great.

      Cons

      There are no down sides working here.
