Pros

Seemed like a decent environment, many parts of the job positive in theory.

Cons

Many of the front desk officers believe their job is: "to tell the teachers what to do" - these people do not have proper training or understanding they also actively influence student enrollement. Some are ok and do a great job. Some behaving in a way which looks like bullying or behave like prison guards. The principal at the time was very rich and made decisions based on helping her friends out. During staff training we seen an exemplar video of a studio teacher, she was yelling at a student and the teaching was terrible.

Pros

School curriculum is a well-balanced mix of smart academia and the freedom of creative writing.

Cons

As a part of online team, I do not get to participate in school meetings, team-buildings, or other forms of corporate interaction. I would benefit from more chances to check in with other teachers and share our experience.
