- Free pizza and games night - a con because it's a typical corporate move and everything you say during those moments with free food and drinks will be used against you - The team leaders have no idea what they're doing, yet they ask a lot from you - Poor training, you have to learn a lot of things yourself, from Google/ ChatGPT - The working hours are not flexible like they tell you from the start - The first year there it's really nice, but if you stay longer you get to be micromanaged - You only receive more responsibilities and less and less training, without any real changes of advancing in your career
