Half the time direction isn't clear. Things are last minute to get done for special events. Not a ton of processes in place to things end up falling through the cracks.
Great infuences but pay and benefits are not secured. Make sure you say what you know and what you are worth and how you can benefit the company prior to working for them. Sometimes the dedication given is not what is given back to the employee.
