They act like they need help and want to be a team.
Cons
On a 2 week trial at first no matter your experience. And woman in front office is never there enough. And they act like they do no wrong

Great infuences but pay and benefits are not secured. Make sure you say what you know and what you are worth and how you can benefit the company prior to working for them. Sometimes the dedication given is not what is given back to the employee.
