      Pros

      Very good team culture Overtime happens of course same as all the industry but its becoming more reasonable now within the submissions only Lots and lots of career development, client interaction and great design culture

      You need to be very good personally & professionally to catch up

      Not at all, to biggest pros is you are alive while being there

      Cons

      Arrogant and extremely biased Management considering nationality, gender, age and ethnicity. No proper heirarchy & almost looks like every project is in chaos. Toxic Culture with no ownership & accountability. They only gets projects due to emirati owner otherwise they are not capable to win a townhouse, let apart a villa.
