-Like all the young star architect firms, arrogant and immature management happens all the time
-all chinese projects, good project exposure only if you are chinese, bad work life balance
-Low transparency such as fake deadlines, and they promised they can sign IDP for you in the interview, but actually they can not because no RA work here at all
-poor management and decision making. no work-life balance.
-toxic working environment. Spray booth/model shop is open to the common office area without proper ventilation.
-horrible place to work at.
