Pros
Close-knit community. Able to work closely with the principals. Lenient with leave, just let principals know ahead of time and don't leave assignments with loose ends.
Cons
Issues with OT pay; never been paid for OT, so I would leave the office earlier the following days if no work is due. Workflow management issues; most correspondents go directly to and from the principals, and it becomes hard to touch base with the principals due to the multitude of projects that they juggle. Messy, dirty storage system for material samples. Coworkers complain about pay and unfulfilling projects.
