Pros

Makeup and Sports compensation. Ability to grow. Office in the city center

Cons

Questionable, sometimes outright incompetent senior management, they do not care one bit about the staff and their wellbeing. You will not be listened to, if you dare to speak up about any sort of issue, you will be resented and "delicately" refused any future raise for the most bizarre reasons. The only people getting a raise are the ones who are ready to kiss someone's behind. Absolute lack of fresh air inside the studio, multiple people have passed out during work, in addition to that, your bonus will be reduced if you take your jacket off due to the unbearable heat. Colleagues will most likely rat on you and spread gossip every chance they get. Constant lack of staff, which leaves you exhausted with no energy to function outside of work.

Decent job for short period

Pros

Decent salary Pretty flexible schedule Great lounge area

Cons

You can only change your shifts if you find someone who is willing to swap with you, no wish days at all. Really incompetent and mean people on the higher ranks, making the job for presenters really uncomfortable at times. At the job interview you will be promised half hour tables and half hour breaks, in reality you will be at the table for 1h 40min and then get a break for 15min if you are lucky. Too high and sometimes absurd standards for presenters, you will be expected to basically be hyperenergetic in front of the camera.
