      Sounded amazing at hire, morale plummeted 60 days in

      Pros

      The structure for checks & balances was well planned. Team driven. Commission structure sounds good.

      Cons

      Forced operate with unrealistic budget. Pushed to lease but make ready had a strenuous approval process which puts you behind every month. Vendors cut services due to non payment, continuous struggle to find help when the payment terms are net 60+.

      I can’t come up with one

      Cons

      There is no company training Upper management will never admit they were wrong and blame everyone beneath them Policies change on a daily bases You don’t get paid enough to work morning, noon, and well into the night Turnover is extremely high
