1.Good food 2.Nice decor 3.Friendlyish staff 4. Really cant think of anything else
Cons
1.Owner is rarely there. 2.Very clicky 3.Some staff members are tyrants 4.If you dont do drugs or drink youre viewed as an outcast and they push you out 5.Management is all over the place 6.Poor communication 7.Expect you to drop everything last minute and come in to work/ or work later with out even asking.
