One mistake of yours can ruin your life. No matter how much good you have done in the past. It all will get nullified for no mistake or one mistake. Poor management skills. No value for human. Very frequent shouting. Any time any one can be a victim of this shouting. It badly impacts the minds of employees. Micromanagement to the core. Every time the work will be compared against others. Lack of information and requirement sharing. Expecting to decode the minds of managers and wanting to deliver in no time. Just in case you want to leave early or want to take off then be prepared to get shouting or get notified. Every day demos. Login time is closely monitored and leaving on time will be questioned or not liked and compared against the late leaving people. Company is run by the family with hidden rules and regulations. Don't fall for fake hopes and pleasant talks during the interview. Offer letter can have benefits which you never get later. Don't compromise your living for salary and false assurances. Clarify every benefit, timing, rules and restrictions before you join. You cannot keep expectations of other colleagues' support at work ,it is not entertained by the management. Gathering, discussions or suggestions are not liked. Be prepared to report multiple managers with no clarity of the full scope of the work but with the expectation high quality of the deliverables.
