Pros
The onboarding process was well-organised and seamless. The entire team is friendly, approachable, and easy to collaborate with. There were ample opportunities to raise any concerns, and support was readily available when needed. Working from home was convenient and supported a good work-life balance.
Cons
The tech lead appeared to be significantly overworked, likely due to the rest of the development team consisting primarily of junior to mid-level engineers.
