Pros
- You get out what you put in. If you aren't interacting or pursuing, or communicating, then how can one see commitment. I am honoured to be partnered with Success Moves. I have had continuous support from them. Working remote can be challenging, but if you want an opportunity, then knock the door, it won't be open until you do.
Cons
The disadvantage is, is that I am not in the office working with the whole team. Zooms aren't the same.
