-ceo has no clear vision for the company. He is extremely money hungry and doesn’t care how he gets it (obvious from the amount of good people he’s let walk away AND that he continues producing products that not even the employees will use) -only the swedish men at this company get promotions, although they are uneducated and unskilled for the jobs they are getting -work visas are used as a form of blackmail to keep immigrant employees at the company at an EXTREMELY low salary -salary isn’t even enough to live off of and managers have recommended “finding side hobbies that bring income” as a response to this issue -I honestly can’t say enough negative things about this company. Truly don’t understand how it can still be running at this point when SO many people have left and have reported the company to authorities for the amount of mistreatment and neglect there is involved here. There is a lot of potential if the “higher ups” would just listen to the people who actually know how to run a business rather than let themselves be consumed by money. Taking advantages of immigrants, if you have no work permit or without Nystartsjobb you are not welcome, or you get the lowest pay Messy management - some managers/leads don't know what are they doing, and a few of them can be very rude (not just bossy bit rude) The product quality is very poor but their marketing try to sell the trash as treasure, they don't care what will happen to teh product as long as they are sold
