Pros

You’ll meet celebrities. Get to taste different candy/ mostly all cheap crap. Not many pros to write about with this.

Cons

Owner is horrible. Acts nasty to everyone. The place is in complete disorganization. Any good talent that comes, quickly leaves the company. Constant confusion all mainly caused by bad ownership and lazy GMs.

Pros

Take home tips the same day, no pooling tips, flexible scheduling, can move up in management very quickly, weekends are very busy

Cons

Understaffed, payroll is always a mess, you might or might not get paid for an event, have been at the company for little over year, and health insurance is not offered to full time employees, tips get over claimed on checks even if you did not actually make that money, there is a lot of favoritism.

Pros

-Great tips on busy and well-managed night -Auto-grat on large parties -Flexible scheduling -Some great team-members

Cons

-Disorganized/No consistency -Favoritism -Drug and alcohol use with upper management and staff -Food orders often wrong and chef will refuse to admit/remake -11 hour shifts (until 4a) without breaks -75% are complaining and miserable because of job frustration. I always hear "I hate this place so much." Never been in a place where so many people are so defeated by their jobs because they aren't set up to succeed by management. -Rude clientele that "don't believe" in tips and come to get things for free -Hours of post-shift sidework -Passive-agressive managment -Mgmt expects you to work on a moments notice -Poor communication on every level -Unprofessional attitudes -Constant flirting and inappropriate relationships on every level -If an inappropriate song plays half the bill will be comped -Constant comps due to kitchen errors (or other things out of your control) -Always apologizing due to kitchen errors (or rude hosts or loud music or other things out of your control) -Very high turnover rate -Never receive right amount for BEOs. Double tax -Money is always missing from checks. People don't answer when you ask why Something ALWAYS goes wrong. Its always something.
