      Remote, Flexible times, Earn in USD

      Cons

      One day notice period for all. Promise numerous people raises for months on end. They don't reimburse for your equipment, but rather lend you money and expect weekly back payment till you fill that amount. Don't have a fixed human resources person. Not an interactive leader, just the usual "boss"

      Pros

      - The people you are working with are all dedicated and committed to their job. Their passion is often contagious! - I can work remotely and pick my schedule as I want it to be. I don't have to stick to a 9-5 routine. - My growth and learning is supported by everyone in the team - There is no hierarchy and we are all more or less on the same level.

      Cons

      - Working remotely can be quite lonely sometimes, but it's not the fault of the company - Things are growing and changing fast, so sometimes it can feel like you don't know what is going on.
