Pros
There is not a single reason to join this company but still the reality is that if they get any work from their clients then they will offer you good salary (more than market price sometimes) which will lure you to join this company and once you stuck here then you can not leave this organization easily.
Cons
Very poor work ethics. cunning peoples with political mind,who tries to make full use of compulsion of freshers. In-sensible tech-leads and project managers. Horrible and inhuman policies, which makes employees feel as slave. Whenever Mgt. want policies would be changed without even telling their employees. Bunch of family members without any proper managerial virtue. No good projects. You will NEVER get Salary ontime and sometimes you will not even get it ever. No-one will ever respond to your mails if you would like to know anything. Most of the time HR team will not be aware of any policies and will keep trying to avoid your mails by gaining more and more time.
