Pros
Good work culture Good infrastructure Good team and management Employee refreshments like playing cricket and going team outs resorts , lunch, dinner bday celebration etc. Good exposure and provides good platform to learn new technologies. Day to day activities are good . Freindly environment and I felt it sa comfort zone to expose ideas to higher management like HR team. Employee recognition rewards from client and having certification rembursment
Cons
Compare to other company a bit less salary . Some times. Salary delays but inform priorly in emails that's ok. Company head count is less when compared to Mnc.
