Company perks - great health insurance and other perks like chocolate at discounted prices and flexible hours.
Cons
Untransparent about the past of similar roles to the point of lying, no faith in employees’ skills and lack of direction. Management is more interested in appearances of employees than skills, no respect for work-life balance and no structure in either communication or employee advancement.
