The organization has a strong mission and vision.

Cons

There is very high employee turnover, and for good reason. Instructors and low-level employees do all the work and are wildly underpaid. The reporting team provides fake data to the state, accrediting body, and funding partners. Every department is at odds with each other. Human resources defends bad management at all costs.

A promising workplace and mission ruined by leadership

Pros

Instructors are great and really want to help the students. Opportunity to connect with people in different departments.

Cons

Leadership is very out of touch with the rest of the workforce and continues to promote/ hire people who are ill equipped to lead and manage teams leading very high turnover. Organizational restructuring is done with the people making decisions unaware of what the people in the departments that are being restructured do.
