Pros

Most up to date software and technology. Some cool coworkers. Nice, new office facilities. Not the same routine everyday. Nice birthday celebrations. Located by some good restaurants.

Cons

Let's put it all out there. This company likes to think it has the best work culture out there, when in reality it needs a complete gutting and renovation. At the start they will make you feel as though it's a great place to work, but you'll find out a few things. You will get paid very little. You will feel undervalued. You will be overworked. Very high employee turnover here for obvious reasons. Very little opportunity for growth. You will get slammed with work, and then get bombarded with some more work from other people who don't realize what your workload is like. Forget having a work life balance. There is no such thing unless you're an executive or a manager. Whenever you have even the slightest obligation outside of work your superiors will act as though it's a huge inconvenience to them to let you leave your post, even an hour early. Expect a whole lot of pointless meetings that will only take up time when you could be working. Most of these meetings are intended to improve efficiency and team continuity, as well as bring the team closer, but all they really are is inconvenient and always end up having an adverse effect on what's trying to be accomplished. Benefits are awful, pay is LOW. Really low. Not really the place that gives "raises". They hire people with little experience so they can justify paying them like dirt. Paychecks come once a month, so if you can live on a tiny paycheck once a month (pretty hard to do in a place like Denver), go ahead and work for them. You only get a week vacation after you've worked there for a year, and that won't go up. Good luck even trying to take any vacation days anyway. As mentioned, superiors will act as though those vacation days, which you have a right to take, are a huge inconvenience to them. They say you get reimbursed for a gym membership, but I never saw any reimbursement ever. You will never get to meet the executives, so don't get your hopes up. They're your typical stuffy execs who are too good for anyone below them, so don't ever plan on meeting them, even though they've essentially done nothing except had a company handed to them by their daddies. Trust me when I say that there are SERIOUSLY better places out there to work for, with work cultures that are actually fun and relaxed, where everyone makes you feel welcome. The managers here will act like it's the greatest place ever since they're the ones who do what they want and get sent all over the country. Be aware, even if they're gone, they WILL contact you, so don't think you can relax. Ever. In reality it's a pretty horrible place to try and build a career because of the way it's organized. One of the worst places I've ever been employed at culture-wise.

Pros

Its a job but you can do better.

Cons

They pay very poorly are more likely to hand out pay cuts than raises. They run on a very skeleton employee crew in every department and don't put any money into anything unless it breaks beyound repair or it'll help them sell the company. Saying that they're Probably setting themselves up to be sold.
