Pros

Summit really works hard to see everyone as a person. There are a myriad of growth opportunities and they are focused on the growth of each employee. They invest in training and providing clear advancement in responsibility and future promotions.

Cons

Summit is not perfect, although they are genuinely interested in improvement. Solar has been a bit bumpy the last year but the worst is behind us and it seems like the future is really bright.

Pros

The only pro is that if you are in HQ you get free food

Cons

No overtime pay but work expectations are over 50 hours, HR is there to protect itself even if there is harassment, Management is rude, sexist, will make you do other peoples job but the same timeline I would not suggest this job to anyone, you mental health is not a priority, your pay is not a priority if you are not a rep you do not matter. And if you say anything about reps you get written up. This company treats their employees like they are worthless and are not even a human as well as will always expect you to get things done right away but will always have an excuse for not getting things done

Pros

For the most part the company has solid potential.

Cons

It’s like being on a sports team without a playbook or uniform. Some reps have sales materials to streamline their appointments, and company uniforms. While others are provided nothing. Meanwhile they have multiple “District Sales Leaders” making commission overrides on the sales teams without doing anything.
