Very corrupted management, no benefits, no future, health package is very expensive. no overtime pay if worked over 40hrs, and they don't care about employees safety
The general workforce, although abused, maligned and taken advantage of, is a good group of people trying to make a living.
Cons
Let's see; Abusive owner, being watched on monitors during breaks, won't pay overtime (but makes you work it) charged me for direct deposit, database hacking, issuing data under another person's name.. All this at a company that performs tests on behalf of the public for things such as drinking water.
The people I worked with were great and hardworking.
Cons
Safety was never a top priority, upper management worked everyone to the bone, unwilling to hire more people despite the need, overworked and underpaid.
