Pros
Family owned so there is a small personal level of "family" feeling to the company.. Job offers challenges (which I love).. ,I'm basically incharge of myself and run my own operations. Good vacaton time, (time grows as years as years of service accrues).. Great staff to work with! I wouldn't have stayed since 2001-02 if it was a bad place to work! LOL A good place to pickup and learn other trade skills from shop staff..
Cons
A bit of disorganazation at times between sales staff and shop workers. Discrepancies of amount of "hours" certain tasks take to complete. Non- air conditioned shop during summer in steel building, cold in winter at times but does have heat!
