      Good environment and good leadership

      Pros

      Everybody is willing to help, patient, and give you good training. Your coworkers make you feel very welcome. Everybody is willing to serve others.

      Cons

      Well, working with customers and trying to retain them and diffuse complaints over the phone is not good if customers are not your passion. The shift is not good but hey is your choice accept or not… and salary is not the best it's very basic but the experience overall is good!! I think is good for young people or for a transitional Job but the night shift does not allow to continue exploring option due to the schedule… 12:00 to 8:00 pm kills your day.

      Very low wages No a unionized company No work life balance Evening hours all the time No opportunity to grow Lack of inclusivity for LGBTQ+ Very bias company Managers has favouritism Lots of lost wages during work Feels like an elementary school job No vision benefits No paid sick days
