Dead End. Unprofessional. RUN don't walk away!
Pros
You are paid on a weekly basis and are granted access by EXPENSIVE managed benefits.. (You can purchase the same benefits on your own) Company vehicle (on occasion) when it isn't broken down. Central location. Other than that, absolutely nothing.
Cons
There is no room for advancement here. I wish that were the worst aspect of it, but it isn't. The staff (who milk it) is unhappy 100% of the time and takes it out on each other and the customers they service. The old-timer owner is always yelling profanities at his staff and runs the business as though it is going under with the assumption it will make people work harder. Some of the staff who have been there for years are morally questionable at best and they go into people's homes and businesses to install vacuums and security, of all things! Anyone with talent wises up quickly and leaves. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
