Pros

Sunenergy1 is great place to learn beyond your field of expertise. I got to develop new skills and greatly improved my project management abilities. I was given a lot of autonomy by Kenny and Kim to complete my projects, but also support when I needed it. I wish I didn't have to move away and leave the company, as the varied experiences were invaluable. Kenny and Kim are super generous, especially at the end of a project.

Cons

This is not a job to sit back and cruise. Can be stressful, and if you're not managing your responsibilities well, you'll have to explain

Pros

Interesting industry (Listen... not the company, the industry) that promotes clean energy.... Nice building. Nice cars in the office. Good restaurants to have lunch in Mooresville.

Cons

This is my worst work experience. Been a Senior Manager for more than 15 years and I've never been treated like trash just because I have a different opinion than the Owner (Kenny). This company runs on FEAR. Everyone is scared of the owner and feel sorry for all the VP's. When he's in the office, everyone stays on their cubicles, praying that he doesnt come to see them. If he goes to your cubicle/office, get ready to hear him screaming at you for absolutely no reasons. There's no company culture, no ethics, no family/work balance. Once you divide your paycheck on the amount of hours you're working, you'll find out that you're getting paid way less than a freshman out of college. Please, read and think before applying to a job opportunity. Make an educated decision... If you get a call, tell them you're not interestes. Listen our advise!!! If not, you'll be miserable, and very possible, JOBLESS within a year or so.
