Company didn't have great success selling product. Forced layoffs to occur.

Bad management with an even worse CEO who doesn’t meet or listen to his employees yet expects results out of thin air. Products marketed are cheap and not up to standards yet the company sells it for the price of a brand new Audi. No direction, guidance from anyone in the management team. All they expect is to sell products (without putting a strategy in place) Do not join this company unless you want to be stuck in a hole.
