Pros

Decent coworkers and a lot of time outside

Cons

Management treats you very poorly. Always working more than you signed up for and never getting a break. You'll work for this company as hard as you can and never climb the ladder or make more money as promised

Pros

They bribe you to stay with free lunches here and there.

Cons

EVERYTHING. The owner use to be such a great guy but turned greedy and he'll work you to the bone. The pay is a joke and offers bonuses and then takes them away when you're expecting them at the end of the month. Worst place I've ever invested my time into. There is absolutely no work/ life balance. You're required to be available 8am to 11pm Monday through Saturday. 0/10.

Not true. Currently, our workers are make their own schedules. However, the job is definitely not for everybody. You do have to be a hard worker because the work is performance based and that is how you can make such good money. Sales is many peoples only opportunity to earn six figures without being a doctor or a lawyer or going to school for 8 years. Best of luck in your next profession. Might I recommend something with hourly pay. PS, never turn down a free lunch. People are starving in other countries.

Pros

None, nothing made me want to stay.

Cons

Ridiculous availability standards. If you want to work 10-14 hour days, 6 days a week, this is the job for you. This company may be good to customers, but terrible to employees. There is a reason they have high turnover. You also drive endlessly to customers houses and are not compensated for drive time.

Balderdash! However, driving all over town and running appointments is what in home sales is like. Unfortunately, some new people don't understand the industry. The job is not for everyone, but that is why the pay is so good. Reward for performance. You may like a low paying hourly job better. However these days hourly wages will keep you close to the poverty level. Best of luck anonymous.
