Pros

Warehouse employees were friendly. Constant contribution to charities and free breakfast every Friday. Occasional bonuses.

Cons

Lack of strong leadership from management and human resources department. Management unprofessional and unknowledgable of the functions of a department and has no moral values. CEO waste fully spends money and pays blue collar workers the bare minimum to improve their lifestyles. No advancementsopportunities unless you degrade yourself wholeheartedly. Anyone who has dignity and strong values should avoid. Alliances are created quickly and no one should be trusted.

Pros

Some really great and talented people. Work could be very interesting and projects rewarding, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Cons

Sunair is owned and run by bozos, people that should not be in the HF radio business. They haven't a clue as to how to run the business or treat people the way they should.

Pros

Benefits start from day one (no three-month waiting period). Plenty of benefits and activities.

Cons

401K matching is too low. Salaries are too low. Promised bonuses never happened because there are no performance reviews or performance metrics in place.
