      Pros

      Ambitious and talk a very good game as a start up, investment to back it up has been squandered and now almost dried up

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and unfortunately the systems that make up the engine room do not back up the talk.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and be part of an exciting team with lots of potential for travel and responsibility.

      Cons

      Mostly feel chewed up and spat out. Company has no plans for progression of junior and mid-level staff. Eventually led to decision to leave company as hours were exhausting with pay being low.
