After 90 of working there, you get to use the facility, get discounts on product.
Cons
Won’t work with your scheduling requests, employees all complain about each other, everyone blames everyone for everything. Management can be very rude and condescending, even to spa guests. It’s a very negative environment with very low pay. They are always short staffed and you constantly get called in to work. They will change your schedule without telling you and then call you asking where you are.
