Pros
Flexible work environment. Allow you to work from home, salaries are generally very good. Not alot of "red-tape" to deal with at work.
Cons
They've promoted some people to higher positions that don't generally have the best management skills. The trick is not to get stuck under one of those people. Not a whole lot of people leaving, so limited room to advance. They generally hired from the outside.
