Nothing is good here Worst company with worst work culture It is a jail They nevert treat you as a human being, you will be treated like a dog.
Cons
1) Everytime you have to slugin 2) Work is there or not does not matter, you have to be in office more than 9 hrs. 3) If you come early to office, you cant leave early. 4) They will assign you work while you are about to leave office. 5) TL or Managers / CEO do not have guts to accept mistakes. Always they will blame their juniors. 6) Office ambience is so poor 7) If you work on non working days, it will not be compensated. 8) No one is helpful here 9) They have put cameras everywhere including cafeteria. I am in doubt that they will put one in washrrom too. 10) They will install team monitor to monitor what you are exactly doing with your system. 11) Partiallity is every where. If you take long leaves, they will count your weekends and ll deduct as LOP . 12) No celebration, no employee engagement activities. 13) It's not an office, you will be feeling like a jail. 14) You cant open up your mouth. 15) No communication in between team. 16) If you speak anything about your superiors, then you will be fired.
