This is a Chinese company operating in Australia ( a first world country with modern work culture and hr policies). But Sungrow has created a faction inside the job market, where one has to struggle with Chinese culture being imposed , being micromanaged like school children, and navigate a normal workday of toxic culture. They need to grow and evolve ( it’s gonna be a long journey for them) to sustain international operations. If you are some one who values your time and personal values , this company is not a fit. A friend of mine had really horrible experience with them that he quit at 3 months mark.

- ***This company dares to commit anything to seal a deal, so if you are not at a sales position, you are here to suffer all consequence*** - Low pay, no salary structure. All by management preference. - Chinese-style racism: white supremacy (Caucasian-look is considered to be more attractive to customers by the Chinese management) - Broken company structure: no training because anyone in their right mind has gone, leave graduates to handle mission impossible - Bureaucracy: toxic culture, the management only masters finger-pointing - Modern slavery: no work-life-balance, disrespect for human dignity
