Nothing Special, Same as other companies. You may get .50 cents or dollar more than other competitors.
Cons
The Top Level Management is excellent but the Account Level Management is full of politics. If you can praise your immediate boss (account manager) you get free money. I mean you don't work at all and you get paid very nice pay. No value for seniority. And if you are a hard worker. You keep working and get paid less. Those who are close to account level management don't work and keep gossiping. Also they get paid high than those who work hard. So If you work here, either you learn the art of praising your account manager or keep working hard. Work smart and don't work hard.
