Only good for entry level experience (if you must), horrible management
Pros
Coworkers were the best thing about the job. We would also get free food to sample here and there. 1 free cake on your birthday, daily $.50 drinks, 20% off everything else (excludes some products). Have chill times when bosses were not in.
Cons
Upper management is horrible; I don't think they know what they're doing. No understanding of their customer base and does not want to hear/take into account most opinions from us. Everyone was pretty much walking on thin ice whenever we were around upper management. There is micromanaging and it was common to find at least one person getting yelled at by management on the daily. No room for growth past entry-level duties. Once you've worked a year here, it's pretty much the same thing all over again the next year. Very understaffed both in stores and office.
