      Friendly coworkers and that's about it

      Cons

      Zero room for advancement spent many years with the company with no advancement and little pay raises they will always hiring outside over promoting and managers that get hired do not stay lost the last 3 rapidly, managers are clueless there is no incentives no tips for staff no rewards for great sales I'm so happy I left and will never be returning to this company. Your better off going anywhere else TRUST ME!!!

      the interviewers were nice, easy to talk to, via video interview which is convenient for a lot of job seekers

      Cons

      downside was the scheduler was supposed to notify about the position but I would ask every week and there was no update, she just pretended like they had more interviews. Just a complete waste of time to keep waiting on a response

      Cool coworker, fun times, get to talk about weed all day, unionized.

      Cons

      Management can be rude. Pay could improve. Culture needs a lot of change. It’s hard to be lgbt there, especially if your pronouns aren’t “she” or “he”.
