      Pros

      great team collaboration, great benefits, great trainers. Remote from home and very flexible. Flex time up to 4 hours which is helpful in cases of emergencies. Weekly team meetings to keep you informed.

      Laid off with no notice. Should have more detailed training to explain billing process.

      Remote work helps life balance.

      Absolute disaster, I was told 4 weeks of training to only be given 1 week then on my own. Not even properly equipped, sent 1 subpar laptop that must be plugged at all times, and keyboard does not work have to use external. They were not prepared for my onboarding 7 weeks in and I was still receiving new log ins for accounts. The expectations are unrealistic, management unprofessional, and lacks listening to the employees.
